The Employee Rights Association (ERA) is one of the outcomes of the project "Equal Rights for All: Improving Employee Rights," funded by the European Union and implemented in collaboration with the Human Resources Management Association and the Turkish Cypriot Bar Association. About Us
Our association was established in 2024 by human resources specialists, lawyers, and human rights activists in northern part of Cyprus with the aim of preventing employee rights violations, ensuring fair and equal working conditions in workplaces, and facilitating access to basic rights for all employees. Our goal is to combat rights violations in the business world, defend the legal and human rights of employees, and raise public awareness through our educational activities.
Vision and Mission
Vision:
To create a society where the rights of employees are fully protected and job security, equality and justice are adopted as fundamental values in the business world.
Mission:
To carry out awareness-raising, training, legal support and advocacy activities to ensure that employees work in fair, safe and equal conditions at work; to contribute to the spread of decent working conditions in the business world.
