- Certified Companies Program: To encourage such practices by awarding a “Company Respecting Employee Rights” certificate to companies that provide fair and equal working conditions in the workplace.
Volunteer Networks and Engagement
- Volunteer Lawyer Pool: Establish and expand a network of volunteer lawyers to provide legal support to employees,
- Volunteer Trainers: Increasing the knowledge and awareness of employees with volunteer experts who will provide trainings on rights.
